Jason's leadership style is shaped by his years as a competitive athlete, playing both college football and professional football overseas. The discipline, resilience, and teamwork required in these arenas, along with his unwavering commitment to excellence, serve as guiding principles in his approach to business and life.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason leads by example in his personal life. He values health and fitness, regularly participates in physical activities, and volunteers as a football coach in his hometown. A devoted family man, Jason and his wife, Erin, are proud parents of three wonderful daughters.

Jason is also the founder of Frozen River Coaching, LLC, a consulting firm that helps professionals and organizations achieve "professional excellence without personal regret."
